Chris Hollands - Chairman, Speedgate Enterprises

Chris Hollands is the founder of Speedgate Enterprises Ltd. which was formed in 1974 as the operating company for our farm and other businesses. He helped launch Speedgate Saddlery in 1982 along with his late wife Moira, and continues to be involved in the day-to-day management at Speedgate.

Ashley Hollands - Manager, Speedgate Direct

Having graduated with an MSc and BSc Hons from Warwick University in 1994, Ashley has run various Internet and technology companies since 1995. He has worked on Internet projects for many blue-chip companies including Volkswagen UK, B&Q, Comet, Ford, the FA Premier League and Thomson, as well as being involved with several Internet start-ups such as Football365 and TravelBuddy.

Sarah Moore - Assistant Manager, Speedgate Direct

Sarah has worked in the equestrian retail industry since 1999 after completing a BTEC First Diploma in Animal Care. Sarah worked at Speedgate Saddlery for 6 years, before taking up the position of Assistant Manager at Speedgate Direct. Sarah has many equestrian retail qualifications and was awarded the Harry Hall Employee of the Year Award in 2006.
