Fast and Efficient Delivery |
| We aim to dispatch all our orders within the time specified on the order confirmation, this is received once the order has been completed. The majority of our consignments are dispatched using Parcel Force on a 24-hour service; however any international deliveries are dispatched using the Euro 48 service. Once dispatch has been completed a dispatch notification will be e-mailed to you providing you with a consignment tracking number. This allows the parcel's delivery status to be tracked on-line using the courier's website. For any outsized parcel measuring over 1.5 metres our chosen courier is FedEx. All consignments require a signature on delivery, however if you are not in at the time of delivery a card will be left informing you that delivery has been attempted and/or where the parcel has been delivered. Please note that some Horse Rugs & Electric Fencing parcels will be classified as outsize parcels. |
