Important Update for all of our Customers
Our Stores
Following the Government announcement regarding the National lockdown from Tuesday 5th January, we would like to reassure our customers that all of our stores will remain open. As per the guidelines, our stores fall into the ‘essential’ category and so rest assured that we will still be open to provide for you and your animals.
All of our stores have Covid secure precautions in place to keep both you and our staff safe. Please continue to wear masks in store for your continued safety. Don’t forget if you are vulnerable or self-isolating you can make use of our Click & Collect service via www.speedgate.co.uk and then your goods can be brought out to your car for you to load them.
We would ask you to respect social distancing at all times and shop alone where possible. We may need to limit customer numbers in store at certain times.
Unfortunately we will be unable to do any Hat, Boot or Body Protector fittings, this is for the safety of both you and our staff. Our changing rooms remain closed and items cannot be tried on in store.
Feed Deliveries
Our Local Delivery team will be working as usual to deliver to your yards, whilst continuing to follow strict Covid guidelines. Our full range is of course also available via our website for Courier delivery. If you have any queries regarding your delivery please contact them directly on 01474 872313 Opt 2.
Speedgate Events
All Speedgate Events and Arena Hire have been cancelled until further notice, we will be following advice from the governing bodies and will continue to keep you updated with any changes. If you have entered an event which has been cancelled our Events Manager will be in contact with you in due course to arrange either a refund or transfer of your entry.
We will continue to follow Government updates closely and inform you accordingly of any changes. We would like to thank you all for your continued support and business throughout these challenging times.
