Our Retail Stores at Frogpool Manor, Chislehurst are relocating to Fawkham, Kent.
It is with regret that we have to announce the store closures of both the Saddlery and Feed Barn at Frogpool Manor, Chislehurst. From 31st July 2020, we will relocate all stock to our Saddlery and Feed Barn at our Speedgate Farm site in Fawkham, Kent, less than 15 minutes from Chislehurst.
Unfortunately, over recent years, in line with other retailers, we have experienced a decrease in sales in our retail stores and this, along with an increase in rent and other operating costs at Chislehurst mean that continuing to trade at this site would no longer be financially viable. We have had a very successful and enjoyable ten years trading at Chislehurst, and we are disappointed that we have had to make this very tough decision.
What does this mean for you, our customers?
- We will remain one of the largest Saddlery and Feed Retail outlets in Kent and we will continue to provide you with the best possible product ranges from all the leading equestrian brands along with our excellent customer service.
- For your Pet & Poultry needs – Our Feed Barn at Fawkham has a wide choice with everything you currently purchase plus lots more!
- Your loyalty card can still be used both at Speedgate Farm and our Headcorn store so you will not lose any of your points or vouchers.
- Our Local Delivery service is available with Free* delivery to local yards – Please contact our Delivery team for more information.
- Our online shop means you can order from the comfort of your home for delivery next day**.
Trading in the retail sector during these very uncertain times of Covid-19 has been a challenge for all of us but we are confident that with your customer loyalty, we can continue to provide a good service for you and all of your animals. We very much hope you will continue to shop with us in the future, whether in store, via Click & Collect, Local Delivery or Courier Delivery.
We would welcome your understanding for our staff during this uncertain time as unfortunately this closure will mean a restructure within our business and a number of job losses. We will be very sad to say goodbye to some of our very loyal colleagues and would like to thank them for all of their efforts and service.
