With only three Unaffiliated Dressage shows left of the 2019 series, it was great to see another full day of competition on Saturday 14th September. The day got underway with the Intro A class, and the scores remained very close in the top six placings. It was the final rider of the class, Emily Watson and her horse Larkhill Clover who produced a wonderful test to gain a fantastic score of 72.82% and take the first win of the day.

Next was the Prelim 13 class and it was a very well entered class – again the scores in the top six placings were very close, with only 1.34% between first and second place. Beccy Lines and Bubbaroo UK produced a great test, gaining a score of 70.76%, which gave them the second victory of the day.

With another well attended class, the Prelim 18 got underway and it was Jessica Collins who was first down the centre line with her horse, R.B. This combination produced a wonderful test to gain a score of 71.15% and they held the lead for majority of the class. It was towards the end of the class when the combination of Ellie Jenkins and her lovely horse Un Muchacho, produced a fantastic test, to receive a score of 76.92% and take the third win of the day.

The last class of the day was the PYO, and the riders rode either Novice 34 or Elementary 50 tests. This class produced some lovely tests, but it was Adele Ayton and her second ride of this class, Walterstown Lad who produced a fantastic test to receive a score of 78.81% and take the final victory of the day.
