Local Van Delivery & Loyalty Points Update

Local Van Delivery

Local Van Delivery orders can now be placed by email, over the phone or on our website. Website orders with free delivery will be subject to a minimum order value of £75 and are currently available in the following postcode areas only: BR8, DA2, DA3, DA4, DA13 & TN15.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently take website orders for other postcode areas so please contact our Delivery Team on 01474 872313 option 2 for more information or to place an order.

We will be expanding our delivery area for online orders in future so please keep an eye on this page for updates.

Loyalty Scheme

We have changed our software systems as of 1st February 2022 and our Loyalty Scheme has become Customer Rewards. You may have received a notification email from us already and be wondering where your old points have gone.

Please rest assured that your points balance will be added into Customer Rewards and they are not lost. However, this is a manual process and due to the number of customers this affects, there may be a delay for these to be transferred. Your new balance will continue to increase with each purchase until then.

If you are yet to receive a Customer Rewards email, once you have made a purchase in our new system, either online or in-store, you will automatically be added into Customer Rewards.*

We apologise for any inconvenience caused but unfortunately this process was necessary to improve our systems for the future.

Online Accounts

Our new website is now live! Things will be a little different for a while but we will be improving it further in the coming months.

Whilst we were able to bring across most of your details into our new systems, we were unable to transfer your password and order history. You will need to sign up again online as if you were a new customer but providing your email matches the one we have for you, you should automatically merge with your in-store profile behind the scenes. Please note unfortunately we are unable to carry your previous purchase history or delivery address forwards.

Please note that your Loyalty Points balance will be migrated after your first transaction in the new system. See above for more details about Customer Rewards.

Speedgate Gift Cards

Gift Cards will still be accepted after 1st February but we will need to transfer the balance in-store onto new Gift Vouchers. Please note that this process can only take place on Mondays to Saturdays.

Please contact Customer Services to enquire about using Gift Cards on purchases through our new website.

*Please note that we will need to have an email address for you to be entered into Customer Rewards and that you had to have made a purchase at some point during 2021 for the loyalty points to have been maintained.
