Online Courier Delivery
Last day ordering for orders with a 2 day lead time – Wednesday 18th December 2024
Last day ordering for Next Day Deliveries – Friday 20th December before 1pm
Any orders with a lead time of 3 days+ may not arrive in time for pre-Christmas delivery if ordered after the 11th December due to supplier delivery timeframes.
Normal service will be resumed for Next Day Deliveries on Friday 27th December. (Please note that no parcels will be dispatched or delivered on Thursday 26th December or Wednesday 1st January 2025)
A full delivery service will be resumed on Thursday 2nd January 2025
Gift Cards
All gift cards are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. Last day of ordering for guaranteed Christmas Delivery is Tuesday 17th December.
Click & Collect Orders
Immediate Collection – Tuesday 24th December before Midday
Collection 1 Day Lead Time – Sunday 22nd December
Collection 2 Day+ Lead Time – Friday 20th December
Any Click & Collect Orders with a Lead Time of 3 Days+ may not arrive in time for pre-Christmas collection if ordered after 11th December due to supplier delivery timeframes.
Please note that the stores will close at 4pm on Christmas Eve
Feed Delivery Customers
For regular weekly customers who receive their deliveries on a Monday, Tuesday or Friday your delivery day will not change over the Christmas period. Please order early though as your order cut off time may change.
We will not be delivering on Wednesday 25th December (Christmas Day), Thursday 26th December (Boxing Day) and Wednesday 1st January (New Year’s Day). All other Wednesday and Thursday deliveries will be unaffected.
For non-scheduled deliveries please order early and allow extra time for us to deliver over the Christmas period as it is an especially busy time of year.
PLEASE NOTE that we are having to restrict the number of new customers that we deliver to over the Christmas period.
