Online Courier Delivery
Last day ordering for 3-5 day deliveries – Monday 13th December
Last day ordering for Next Day deliveries – Wednesday 22nd December before 2pm
Normal service will be resumed for Next Day deliveries on Wednesday 29th December. (Please note no parcels will be dispatched or delivered on Friday 24th December, Monday 27th December, Tuesday 28th December, Friday 31st December, or Monday 3rd January).
A full delivery service will be resumed on Tuesday 4th January 2022.
All gift cards are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.
Click & Collect Orders
3-5 days – Monday 20th December
2 Business Hours – Friday 24th December before Midday
Please note the stores will close at 4pm on Christmas Eve.
Feed Delivery Orders
For regular weekly customers who receive their deliveries on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday your delivery day will not change over the Christmas period. Please check your text message reminders though as your order cut off time may change.
For non-scheduled deliveries please order early and allow extra time for us to deliver over the Christmas period as it is a particularly busy time of year.
Please note that we are having to restrict the number of new customers that we deliver to over the Christmas period.
