Our Loyalty Scheme & Gift Cards

To improve our customer experience, we are changing our software systems…

Loyalty Scheme

As of 1st February 2022 our Loyalty Scheme will become Customer Rewards. In order to migrate your current Loyalty Points and Vouchers to the new system it requires that we take an email address from you for us to transfer these across.

Once we have your email address, and a purchase has been made in the new system, we will be able to add your current points and vouchers into Customer Rewards. Please note that there may be a delay of a week or two for these to appear.

Unfortunately, if you are unable to provide an email address it will not be possible to bring your points and vouchers across and you will need to spend any existing vouchers that you have earned before 1st February.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused but unfortunately this process is necessary to improve our systems for the future. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to avoid disruption where possible.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards will still be accepted after 1st February but we will need to transfer the balance in store onto new Gift Vouchers. Please contact customerservices@speedgate.co.uk to use Gift Cards online after this date.
